Storz & Bickel Chamber Reducer*This product does NOT work for the Volcano Hybrid*
The filling chamber Reducer allows you to load smaller amounts in the Volcano (Easy Valve only). Note: The Crafty and Mighty do not need the reducer, the Capsules fit them perfectly.
How it Works
Place the Reducer in your Easy Valve filling chamber, then insert the Capsule, and use the vaporizer as you normally would.
If your reducer experiences build-up, you can clean with isopropyl alcohol, or replace with a fresh Capsule as needed.

OK.. I get this awesome Volcano Hybrid but need a chamber reducer. So I go online and I get it. I open the box and straight to my Volcano and guess what? Not. Compatible. So, I head for the laptop seeing red! Guess what: Now there is a warning that it is not compatible. So far so good, right? Guess what, I find the product with a nice little warning. But wait, there is more. I see that it is not compatible with my device, so next, I head for the chat. Here is when it always gets interesting. You know. You don't know the vendor or anything, so it's a trial order. A small one. Now, onto the little irritating Live Chat with Us the customer service rep. Long story short, I get some answers. Great communication skills. Now he is very sympathetic to my cause of reducing my chamber and voila offers a refund. straight up. No pleading on my part or anything. Wait. Here comes the hook. I still haven't gotten the Reducer! So I ask, I need to order it along with some other stuff and guess what: He goes "sorry, but I cannot give you free shipping". At that point I am thinking to myself, this guy is a part-timer! I am flat out telling the guy, do me good and you will a customer fo life! But, I guess that I am not worthy. Remember my point about a test order. Well, Vapor.com utterly failed!
This product may increase the efficiency of the volcano especially for smaller volumes. But to get the best yield you have to do what you would normally do with the full sized chamber - stir and maybe re-grind. It takes longer for heat to produce adequate vapor so the first bag is often light. It seems to use induction in addition to convection to vaporize. The solid metal ring absorbs and holds considerable heat. It produces the most vapor when hot. Convenient to pre-fill capsules and then toss in as needed. But expect bits of abv and grind to get spilled during the process as it is inherently messier. The capsules are reusable if you are nice when handling them. Without the capsules, ground materials flow from the chamber to its rim where they don't seem to get vaporized. Different fills and packings don't improve matters. The capsules do fix it. You can use this by itself, it just isn't as beneficial and I'm not sure it does a better job than the full sized chamber would -- when used without capsules. I'm mostly happy with it but recommend people avoid it unless they also want to use the capsules. Good product overall. Reasonably priced and beautifully made.
