FAQs

Will the Aurora work on 240v power?

The charger is USB and will work globally.

How long does it take to charge?

About 1-2 hours.

How do I charge the Aurora?

Simply remove the atomizer from the battery, and connect the battery to the dock!

How do I know it is fully charged?

The red light on the dock will change the green.

How do I know if the Aurora needs to be charged?

The power button will flash when you press it.

How do I change the temperature?

Once the unit is on, click the button 3 times to change the heat setting. Green indicates low heat Blue indicates medium heat Pink indicates high heat. *If you have the Flight edition, the heat settings are as follows: White indicates low heat Blue indicates medium heat Yellow indicates high heat

Do I need to set the temperature every time I turn it on?

No, you do not, the Aurora will remember whatever heat setting you last had it on.

How do you use the Aurora?

The Aurora is very simple to use! 1. Pull mouthpiece upwards to separate the airflow regulator from the heating chamber of your Aurora pen. 2. Prepare your product and load directly onto the heating chamber (atomizer). Ensure direct contact is avoided between loading tool and heating element. 3. Once your product is properly loaded, reconnect airflow regulator to heating chamber. Ensure chamber is not overloaded as this can cause the product to fail and will not be covered under warranty. 4. Press the button on the battery 5 times quickly to turn the unit on. 5. Click 3 times to toggle between the 3 heat settings. 6. Then press and hold the button while inhaling to administer vapor.

Is the Aurora compatible with dry materials?

The Aurora was designed for solid concentrates only.

How full should the heating chamber be?

It’s best to not over fill the heating chamber. Just apply enough for one session at a time

How often should I stir my material?

Occasionally through use, especially when drawing rapidly, the melted concentrate can cling to the sides of the crucible, preventing it from making contact with the atomizer coil. Using the unique included tool, you can ‘push’ the buildup on the sidewalls back down into the crucible for use. Use caution not to make contact with the atomizer, you could damage it very easily.

What is the difference between the coils?

Each coil offers a different experience for different types of concentrates. Dual Quartz Rod with Quartz Dish: Suitable for lower viscosity oils Dual Ceramic Rod with Quartz Dish: Suitable for higher viscosity oils Ceramic Halo Heater with Quart Dish: Suitable for waxier oils

Is there an auto shutoff on the Aurora?

Yes, it will shut off after being activated for 15 seconds.

How should I care for my Aurora?

Any concentrate that may have collected on the body of your Aurora can be removed with a warm damp cloth. If you need to remove concentrates from inside the crucible, you can do so using your Aurora Tool. USE CAUTION and be extremely careful not to damage the atomizer coil. Within the crucible of your Aurora tank, the coil works to clean itself by clearing off any residue that comes in contact with it. We don’t recommend using any type of liquid cleaning agent in the Aurora tank, as doing so could cause it to malfunction.

How often should I clean my Aurora?

Within the crucible of your Aurora atomizer, the coil works to clean itself by clearing off any residue that comes in contact with it. We don’t recommend using any type of liquid cleaning agent in the Aurora crucible, as doing so could cause the atomizer to malfunction. If you need to remove concentrates from the crucible, we don’t recommend it, but you can do so using your Aurora Tool.

Is it okay to use isopropyl alcohol on my Aurora?

On certain parts alcohol is fine. The top cap will incur the most buildup, soaking it in alcohol or cleaning with alcohol soaked cotton swab are effective cleaning methods. Cleaning the atomizer is not recommended, replace as needed. Make sure you don’t expose the atomizer or battery to any liquids whatsoever. If you need to clean the outside of the Aurora, use a warm damp cloth. If the Aurora gets wet in any way, allow to dry in the sun or a warm dry area until COMPLETELY DRY. Attempting to use the Aurora if wet will cause serious damage to the unit.

The top cap will incur the most buildup, soaking it in alcohol or cleaning with alcohol soaked cotton swab are effective cleaning methods. Make sure you don’t expose the atomizer or battery to any liquids whatsoever.
