It’s best to not fill the heating chamber full. Just apply enough for one session at a time. The Evolve was not designed to hold more than one session at a time.
How often should I stir my material?
Occasionally through use, especially when drawing rapidly, the melted concentrate can cling to the sides of the crucible, preventing it from making contact with the atomizer coil.
Using the unique included tool, you can ‘push’ the buildup on the sidewalls back down into the crucible for use. Use caution not to make contact with the atomizer, you could damage it very easily.
How do I replace the atomizer?
The Evolve Pen atomizers are not rebuildable, you can replace them very easily by disconnecting them from the battery, and replace with a fresh atomizer coil.
On average, atomizer coils last 4-5 weeks of normal use. Your experience will vary.
Does the Evolve use screens?
No it does not.
Is there an auto shutoff?
Yes it will shut off after 10 seconds of being engaged.
How should I clean my Evolve?
Within the crucible of your Evolve atomizer, the coil works to clean itself by clearing off any residue that comes in contact with it. We don’t recommend using any type of liquid cleaning agent in the Evolve crucible, as doing so could cause the atomizer to malfunction. If you need to remove concentrates from the crucible, we don’t recommend it, but you can do so using your Evolve Tool.
Is it okay to use isoropyl alcohol on my Evolve?
On certain parts alcohol is fine. The top cap will incur the most buildup, soaking it in alcohol or cleaning with alcohol soaked cotton swab are effective cleaning methods.
Cleaning the atomizer is not recommended, replace as needed.
Make sure you don’t expose the atomizer or battery to any liquids whatsoever. If you need to clean the outside of the Evolve, use a warm damp cloth. If the Evolve gets wet in any way, allow to dry in the sun or a warm dry area until COMPLETELY DRY. Attempting to use the Evolve if wet will cause serious damage to the unit.
