How the Puffco Plus Works
The Puffco Plus couldn't be easier to use. Apply one session's worth of concentrate to the bottom of the chamber. Replace the Dart and mouthpiece, press the power button and enjoy!
Maintaining the Puffco Plus

I would like the on button to be lighter in color and more pronounced.
Pure flavor definitely conserves herb. Not a heavy hitter by any means.
I've had this pen for about a year now, and it's still my favorite -- it's sleek, has a nice solid weight in the hand, and has nice details to it like the "PUFFCO" inscription on the inside of the chamber, or more importantly, the dart inside of the pen tip that helps diffuse heat/splashback and is also a loading tool. This dart is really tough -- I've had the dart break only once when I was dealing with some particularly tough shatter. This pen usually doesn't burn my throat which is awesome! TL;DR if you want a classy and well working vape that's going to impress your friends, get this one.
I've had my Puffco for 3 months. This unit just performs day in and day out. Easy to load, use, and clean. Being able to use this with oil canisters is also a huge PLUS!!! Don't be afraid to spend the money if you can swing it. A++

Manufacturer's Warranty for Puffco Plus
All Puffco units come with a one year warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. Contact SUPPORT@PUFFCO.COM to arrange warranty service by submitting a support request, including as many details as possible of the problem experienced to ensure prompt service. Proof of purchase may be requested before warranty service will be provided. Please retain your purchase receipt or other evidence of purchase for your records such as your QR Code Card. Puffco™s customer service team may request additional details about the device, including pictures or videos and attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service. If you are asked to return a defective part for further inspection, only domestic shipping charges are covered by Puffco for the return. If you are an International customer, you must pay the shipping charges for the return of the defective part. We do not ship any replacement parts without first collecting evidence of the issue or having the part returned for testing.
