Had issue with product, but great service.
My original charger for my Mighty got a short in it so I ordered a new one. It arrived from Vapor Nation in just a couple days, but right out of the box it didn't work. I called Vapor Nation customer service and told them what happened and they said they would look into it and get back with me. The next day I got a message that a new one would be coming directly from Storz & Bickel. A couple days later it arrived and works fine. So, I am not sure what the deal was with the first one, but they definitely fixed the problem quickly, and at no additional cost to me. Happy with the service.
