Great customer service here! I messed up and ordered the reducer for the hybrid instead of one for my original. Customer service left me with a smile and simply said, "we will ship the correct one for free". Done and done. Have used the points to get parts. This simply allows me to "pop" the metal parts out of a used up casing and install in a new. Four or five of these bad bears are cheaper that the 68 dollar kit with new metal. I clean things with alcohol as it dissolves resin from things quickly. Great store! Don't forget to bookmark the website!!! Go Pro at Vapor.com and use those points!

This is 100% the item described. The item shipped in a timely manner and i am grateful for Vapor.com for good service. About the product... If i want to use my Volcano 2 to 3 times a day, after 1 to 2 weeks of use the housing will have cracks and start malfunctioning. I must add, i use the Volcano exactly as directed by the manufacturer. With daily use it needs a new housing every 2 weeks. This in itself makes owning a Volcano Vaporizer a bit of a headache. #moneypit
